The Drusian Family has been producing wine for three generations in Valdobbiadene (in Veneto, Northern Italy). Produced using the Charmat (tank-fermented) method, from grapes grown in the calcareous, clay soils of the Valdobbiadene DOCG, the Drusian Extra Dry is straw-like in color, with notes of Granny Smith apple, floral tones of Jasmine & Honeysuckle, that turn creamy on the mid-palate, & finish crisp & clean. This Prosecco tastes lively & fresh in the mouth & the experience of drinking it is enhanced by its well integrated acidity & intriguing effervescence.
