Alaska - (deliveries are limited to the Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Sitka, and Valdez areas only via FedEx Express. Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, and Kodiak areas only via FedEx Ground.)

The shipping/handling costs vary depending on your location and whether the destination is a home or business. The following numbers are estimates only based on Fedex Home Delivery shipping:

1 bottles: $10-$15

2-3 bottles: $17-$20

4-6 bottles: $25-$30

7-12 bottles: $32-$38

SHIPPING POLICY:

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. Colorado Wine Company LLC makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

WEATHER ISSUES:

While each shipment automatically is insured for up to $100 dollars, Fedex does not insure for weather damage.  Colorado Wine Company LLC will make every effort to insure against weather damage while in California, however, it is up to you to determine whether or not the conditions are suitable for the delivery of wine to your destination.
